Thank you for visiting and shopping at ZOOBIE. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Undelivered items

We always aim to deliver your package within the specified time frame. However, sometimes, due to a high volume of orders, your order might be delayed. 

If your item does not arrive within the allotted time frame, please check with the courier as to whether the package is displayed as 'delivered'. If the tracking status is 'delivered' then please contact the courier.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

ZOOBIE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

ZOOBIE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

ZOOBIE ships internationally. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Please note the International Shipping Policy includes all the above stated information contained in the Domestic Shipping Policy.

 

Returns Policy

ZOOBIE does not offer exchanges on any of their products. To file for a refund, please fill in the returns form packaged with the original items, or contact help@zoobie.co.uk for a returns form. 

In order for a return to be valid, you must return the item within 10 working days from the point of receipt. Items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original packaging. Failure to meet this criteria will result in an invalidated return, where a refund will not take place. 

Returns must be sent with tracked shipping. You must send the item(s) due for refund in a paid-for envelope or package. You are liable for the costs of returning said item(s).

We cannot amend orders after they have been placed. If you do wish to make an amendment, it is recommended to cancel the order and replace with the correct items.

If you do want to exchange your item(s), please file for a refund and then create a new order containing the correct items.

ZOOBIE is not liable for the repayment of any taxes, shipping costs or other extra charges incurred.
